REVIEW: HERBAL ESSENCES BEAUTIFUL ENDS SPLIT END PROTECTION

I never use products from the same brand. My shampoo is usually something very cheap because I always double shampoo (the first shampoo gets rid of all of the grease and dirt and the second shampoo always deeply cleans the hairs and scalp - hence why hairdressers double shampoo when you have a wash apparently) so it never lasts very long. I use expensive conditioner every time I wash and I deep condition my hair at least twice a week. I have abused my hair for years so I think it deserves all the care I can give it.

This range was on offer in Morrisons whilst I was doing my weekly shop for just £2 a bottle (how good is that for a bargain?) so I nabbed them. I've been using them now for just over a week and I think they are wonderful. All of the products smell amazing - like fresh raspberries with a touch of floral. They're easy to wash in and wash out which doesn't make it a chore to use them either.

My hair afterwards is ridiculously soft. It smells fabulous and straightens easily when I use flat irons or forms lovely curls when I leave it to dry naturally. There is no apparent frizzing and any split ends that I did have seem to have stayed at the same amount instead of multiplying rapidly. I'm rather in awe of this particular range although now I know what Herbal Essences is capable of I may have try out some others...

I highly recommend these Herbal Essences Beautiful Ends products. I won't be using anything else for a while now.

  5. After using some premium shampoos which left me really disappointed, I often use high street shampoo now. I use premium conditioner, oil spray and intensive treatments, so I have not noticed any difference in my hair if I am honest. And the worst shampoo I ever used was one of the most expensive. I may try a herbal essences one as I like a nice smelling shampoo.

    1. I think premium versus high street depends on what your hair is like more than price - there are some really expensive ones out there that don't do anything at all for anyone! I hope you enjoy using this more if you try it out :) xxx

  6. I used to use these shampoos/conditoners but haven't bought them for a while! I use their hair mask too and the split end protection cream (or something like that?) and I really like them!

  8. Tried these before and I love the fragrance too, any hair product that smells good is usually one that's great in my books! I find that using new/different shampoo and conditioner usually works better on your hair than using the same conditioners over and over again so I can imagine that these would work wonders on your hair! And £2 really is a bargain!

    1. I know what you mean - fragrance is a massive selling point for me too! Also I do agree - hair becomes so 'used' to a particular product that sometimes its good to change it up so hair has to adjust again - does that make sense? haha xxx
