PERK UP YOUR WEEK #2

Perk_Up_Your_Week_2_1

Treat yourself to a new make-up bag to store all of your beauty bits. This Forever 21 Metallic Heart Print Cosmetics Bag (£5.65) is adorable (and comes in black too if you don't like mint).

Lorde is the new kid on the hipster block. Her new album Pure Heroine (£8.99) is eclectic, powerful and hauntingly beautiful. Buy it, download it from iTunes, listen to it. You won't be disappointed.

With the mornings becoming darker and colder we all need an extra boost of motivation to get out of bed. The Lexon Flip Alarm Clock (£26.00), available from John Lewis, is extra easy to use and use - simple flip it over.

Mud glorious mud - or maybe not. With wet weather and biting frosts invest in a pair of Mambo Fur Lined Lace Up Boots (£36.00) from Topshop to take you all the way through whatever winter throws at your feet.

Now You See Me (£9.99), available from Amazon, is one of those 'must watch' films that enchants, distracts and ultimately fools every single viewer. The twist at the end? Awesome. You'll never see it coming.

Love your cat? Looking for a new diary for 2014? Etsy has the answer with this cute handmade 2014 Cat Diary (£17.35).

If you're looking for individual yet chic Christmas gifts then look no further than The Alphabet Store. This What If The Hokey Cokey Photo Frame (£27.95) has given food for thought.

Christmas isn't the same without an oversized Christmas jumper and no one can do it better than Cath Kidston. The Father Christmas Jumper (£70.00) is sure to sell out very fast.

Who doesn't love all of the sweet treats the confectionery companies come up with at this time of year? Duc D'o Chocolate Liqueurs in a Wooden Crate (£11.99) from Selfridges may just be too good to share.

If your night out clothing is in need of an instant hit of glamour then ASOS has the answer with their UFO Jewel Earrings (£25.00). These are a must for anyone that likes their jewellery big and bold.

The Little Coffee Shop of Kabul by Deborah Rodriguez (£5.99) is now available in paperback from Waterstones. It's a beautiful tale about 5 different women who come together in a small coffee shop in one of the most dangerous places on Earth. Riveting.

New Look never fail when it comes to cosy socks at this time of year so treat yourself to a pair of these sweet Cream Heart Fairisle Pom Pom Slipper Socks (£5.99) to keep your tootsies toasty.

What will you be treating yourself to this week?

    1. I'm addicted to diaries too - I already have two for next year and will probably buy a third! My friend also bought me a 'Garden Journal' for when I'm messing about in my garden - I just can't resist them! xxx
