I know this new MUA Undress Me Too Eyeshadow Palette is now nothing new. It's been out over a few weeks now and most people have blogged about it already. However, I thought I would put my penny's worth in anyway.

Hailed as the best dupe on the market for the Urban Decay Naked Palette, MUA's Undressed palette flew off the shelves when released. Now is the turn of the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette  and MUA have succeeded in producing yet another budget buy drugstore palette that more than adequately compete's with it's high end inspiration.

MUA's packaging remains the same sturdy yet cheap fare it's always been - the only exception is that it's now white instead of black. The palette is set out like all of the other MUA palettes available - the pans in two rows of six. The shades are actually named this time though which is a lovely touch and something I really hope they continue doing with other products in the future.

Shade for shade MUA keeps up with Urban Decay - only varying ever so slightly on two shades as far as I can tell.

It's expensive to produce good quality eyeshadow which is why this palette is so surprising. The shades don't only look similar to each other, even if MUA are ever-so-slightly less pigmented, but feel similar to apply and blend beautifully into each other, complimenting both fair and tanned skin. There's very little fall out from the pan and none that I could tell from the eye when applied.

It's interesting to note that it's more expensive to make matte shadows than it is shimmer and opalescent ones - so MUA have done a fabulous job recreating 'Foxy', 'Tease' and 'Blackout' in the forms of 'Naked', 'Fiery' and 'Corrupt'.

I know I don't need two palettes of the same shades of shadow but I can't resist an MUA purchase as good as this and it now means that I can reserve my Urban Decay shadows for best and use the MUA palette every day if I want to. For only £4 I am genuinely thrilled to have this palette in my stash.

The MUA Undress Me Too Palette is available in store at Superdrug and online on the MUA Website. You can receive updates on MUA as well as new product launches, competitions and discounts by following MUA on Facebook and Twitter.

    1. Urban Decay eyeshadows are amazing but they're so expensive. I love my Naked 2 but sometimes I'm too scared to use it in case it runs out! xxx

    1. Unfortunately I don't think that MUA is in the states yet - which is such a shame because they would make a killing in America! xxx

    1. Definitely get it for her - she will love it! Ahh they last pretty well to be honest but it's best to use the MUA Pro Eye Primer underneath just to stop creasing and make sure that they really don't go anywhere. Still, £6.50 vs. £36 is still a massive saving and amazing! xxx

  8. I´ve been thinking about getting this one for a while, but I´m so satisfied with the "Undressed" so haven´t gotten around to try it out yet :)
I´m really satisfied with the quality of these palettes.. Great for everyday use and I love bringing it with me for holiday because I´m not too afraid of it getting damaged since it´s so cheap ;) x
